Submitted manuscripts must not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal and must not have been previously published elsewhere.
Authors are required to observe research ethics. Any use of the works, ideas, data, or views of other researchers must be properly and accurately acknowledged through appropriate citations.
A Research-based Article must be based on original research. Translations of previously published articles are not accepted.
Manuscripts should have a coherent scholarly structure and include the following sections: Title, Persian and English Abstracts, Introduction and Background, Research Objectives, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Findings, Analysis and Discussion, Conclusion, Suggestions for Future Research, Acknowledgments, and References. The conclusion should provide an overall synthesis of the main findings and clearly state the general conclusions of the study. Constructive suggestions for future research should also be presented.

Authors are required to upload their manuscripts to the Samim Noor Similarity Detection System and submit the similarity report together with the manuscript. The acceptable similarity rate is 10% or less.
The manuscript should meet the following structural requirements:
The title must be provided in both Persian and English. The English translation must accurately reflect the Persian title. The first letter of major words, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs, should be capitalized. All proper nouns should also be capitalized according to standard English capitalization rules.
The Persian abstract should contain approximately 250 words and include the following components:
a) A brief statement of the research problem and background
b) Research objective
c) Research methodology
d) Presentation of the main research findings
e) Conclusion
The English abstract must be a high-quality, publication-ready translation and should accurately correspond to the Persian abstract. Machine translation, including translation produced through Google Translate or similar services, is not acceptable.
The English abstract should include:
a) Introduction
b) Research Objective
c) Research Methodology
d) Research Findings
e) Conclusion
The manuscript must include at least 5 and no more than 7 keywords in both Persian and English. The English keywords must be accurate translations of the Persian keywords. The first letter of each English keyword should be capitalized, and the keywords should be arranged in alphabetical order.
No Latin-script words should normally appear in the main Persian text. Where the use of a foreign-language term is necessary, the Persian equivalent or transliteration should first be provided in the main text, followed by the original term in Latin script in a footnote.
This requirement applies to English, Russian, and other foreign-language terms.
The total length of the manuscript, including all sections, must not exceed 10,000 words.

Authors are required to include a paragraph entitled “Acknowledgments” immediately before the References section.
This section may acknowledge research sponsors, financial or institutional support, academic advisors and supervisors, research consultants, participating institutions, or other individuals and organizations that contributed significantly to the research.
All sources must be cited within the text where appropriate.
Persian references should follow the author–date–page format:

In addition to the English abstract, all Persian references listed at the end of the manuscript must also be translated and/or transliterated into English to facilitate international indexing and accessibility.
Authors are required to download, complete, sign, and scan the journal's Declaration of Originality and Conflict of Interest Form and submit it together with the manuscript.
To ensure compliance with editorial and peer-review standards and to maintain the integrity and impartiality of the review process, authors must submit the following files:
A complete version of the manuscript containing the authors' names and affiliations
An anonymous version of the manuscript without the authors' names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or other identifying information
The Similarity Detection Report
The completed and signed Declaration of Originality and Conflict of Interest Form
